Trailer kept blowing fuses in my truck for the running lights, they didn't check them before I left, I would of had u guys fix it but I didn't know till too late, but overall trailer worked great an was affordable thank you!

I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel I was given, it was just under 1/4 tank when I got it, and returned it right on the 1/4 tank mark. I put in 5 gallons of fuel, so even at 5mpg I would have been covered. The truck was dirty when I got it, some of the cab lights didn't work, and it just wasn't a great running van. I didn't go through the checkout process at the afterhours dropoff because there were a bunch of transients at the location, and I didn't want to hang around longer than necessary.

The customer service was decent. However, no one mentioned that our 6x12 trailer did not have a jack. Which made hooking it up in my apartment's tiny parking lot very difficult as I had to find my own at the last minute.

From phone reservation to the most professional lady at pick up, I was impressed. Very organized and treated respectfully by Jackie and staff. She made the whole process smooth as silk, which is why I came back to THIS location for a second time and have told friends and relatives how professional they are there at Glenwood Uhaul. Hassel free transaction from pick up to drop off. Staff works well together like a well oiled machine. Price was reasonable so why go anywhere else.

I did my reservation on line. I found that the font color/link for the 2 documents that you had to read before you could complete the reservation was not different enough from black to be visible. I had to call tech support for the reservation site to get help, which was frustrating. The woman who helped me also said that the font color on her screen was not was very different. But she was able to help me complete the reservation.

Battery on truck died at storage unit. Movers said it had very high mileage as well. When called the location to advise we would not be back on time they were not pleasant, doubled the deposit and did not apologize for our inconvenience or the extra $ it cost me to have movers standing around.

One person working register, dicey pulling in and out due to traffic and location. Manager was nice, just not very fast to pick up. Hook up, and haul off was good. Tires on trailer JD repair marks that made me question safety on trip.

Better customer service. The gentleman (2) working Saturday, January 17th in the afternoon were rude. We followed the directions on the mobile app to park the van and do the contactless return. We parked it and the employee was trying to flag us down and was visibly annoyed that we'd parked. He then motioned us to drive through the return lane and stormed off rolling his eyes. Another gentleman came out to take the keys and as he was processing the return I asked about the $7 refund for the furniture dolly we'd ordered and was not in the van. He impatiently said "yeah, it's fine." When the final receipt came to my email the $7 was still on there. It appears as though these employees need to have a bit more patience, and an understanding of the mobile check in and return process. We were doing exactly what it was telling us and they seemed really frustrated by that.

They were so nice. We got screwed by the 18th and Willamette location and were scurrying for a truck. They made us feel like valued customers. Unlike the Neighborhood location at 18th and Willamette, who were completely unwilling to help us with the pick up.

They did not register that I returned the vehicle on time. There was an extension on the vehicle I did not request or authorize. I returned my vehicle on time and was charged for an extra day. I also received numerous phone calls and voicemails about the vehicle, saying I had not returned it when I had and spent hours on the phone with costumer service. Yet, I was still charged for an extra day. Extremely disappointed in the service.
