I returned the trailer after hours, and the parking lot was packed with equipment. It was hard to find a spot to leave my trailer.

The only down to my experience was that there were computer related problems in processing my paperwork-- something about entering the mileage (for a trailer). None of the employees could figure out how to resolve the issue (everyone there at the time had a crack at it) and calling corporate just resulted in being on hold for a long time with no human ever consulted. Eventually the employee figured a way around the problem, but until then the (recently upgraded) computer system would not let him proceed. I do not wish to give the impression that this was a big deal; it was not. It was simply the only sour note in an otherwise excellent experience.

The gas meter was identified at 15/16 but was at 7/8. I drove 14 miles and had to put in $4.00 of gas. The attendant said the vehicle gets 13-14 mpg so I should have had to spend $2.50 (one gallon). When I returned the vehicle with the gas gauge where I found it, I was told the gauge was to be at 15/16. It was not there to start and UHaul got free gas on me. It was particularly frustrating not to be believed by the attendant that the initial reading was wrong. A small amount of money but a large frustration for me as a returning customer. I will need to consider another rental agency in the future after treatment as I received... very disappointed custumer here.

Been renting from Uhaul for a while now trying to get moved up to washington and this was by far my best experience. Ihave worked with other Uhaul locations in Eugene area and had some problems with the availability of equipment even when I previously reserved and checked in online but this one was a good one. It seems that if you contact Uhaul directly via corporate offices they do everything in their power to help you out. We were upgraded from a 20' truck to a 26' truck at no extra cost to us.

I let my friend drive a car for me. The staff just use my expired permit to let me rent a car and use my friend's driver's licence to making the process, there are two names on the contract. Now accidently, my friend drived this car and hitted the car shade, the car shade crushed and hitttd 6 luxsury cars. The insurance I bought is safemove , I know uhual will not pay for this accident because perporty insurance not included. The accident is total $35000, and the auto insurance from my friends insurance conpamy is 20000$. But the agent from uhual called me and tell me I need pay for the all the rest of money without any clude. The reason he told me I need pay for rest of the money is that I rent a car and i need take responsibility when the car have accident whether or not if I am the one who is driving, and taking an example that parents should be responsibility for their child's mistake. It is so don't make sense. And for now I want to know is there any part from the contact said i need pay for the rest of money, he just didn't reply my email and didn't give me call back ( I left message on voicemail). Typically, I think the staff from Uhual is so unresposible, I told the staff I only have a expired permit.he didn't ask for my driver's license but just ask for my friend's driver's lisence. And didn't refuse to rent me a car when i don't have a valid ID. And I acknowledged this is after the accident, and find there is a requirement on your official website, which is people who rent the trunk should be over18 and with a valid driver's lisence. And On the contract, my friend signed his name on the place where my name typed on the bottom. And now uhual put me in a really bad situation because the staff's unresponsive work. If the staff refused to rent me a trunk because I don't have a valid ID, I will not get in trouble at all. And the reason that uhual let me pay for the rest of money is so not make sense. Will not rent trunk from uhual anymore and not recommend my friend rent trunk from uhual too.

Rear door of trailer hung up in spots and was a bit difficult to operate. Customer service was top notch.

The location was not ideal. We had a difficult time finding the customer parking, entrance and the counter for customer service. The cargo van was not clean but ran really well. The customer service was very good and they took care of me quickly with lots of options to help us.
