I received excellent service, both at pick-up and delivery.
Russell MMy only problem was that they did not report that I had returned the truck on the day that it was returned. After I called UHaul national number and then the local business, we were able to resolve this. In the end, the rep at Higgins Petroleum was very nice and took care to get the return information into UHaul on time. Everything worked out fine.
THOMAS MIt would be better if there were on-site parking for my personal vehicle while I'm renting.
