The cab of the van we rented WAS NOT clean when we received it, so I would be more diligent to make sure it is cleaned after it is returned, but other than that the experience was pretty good. Location was easy to find and the staff was friendly and informed!

LATOYA HThe truck ramp/storage area were full of shattered glass when I picked it up. I did self drop off at the end and when I tried mentioning it in the drop off form they tried charging me for cleaning it.
