5Rivers seemed pretty good, but UHaul charged me an extra $341 that was more than I was quoted on earlier reservations, and also surprised him so much he negotiated a lower rate for me, only to have this extra charge thrown at me because Jacobs Ave supposedly wanted me to return the vehicle to them, even though 5Rivers told me to return it to THEM. This is supposedly being reviewed and I may get back $341. But I may not. And I've not been contacted yet. I find this all extraordinary and not something I am likely to speak well of to anyone who asks, and if the $341 sticks its going on a public review.
