Terrible booking experience. My order was completely messed up. It cost me 2 extra man hours as my employees worked to resolve the booking agents negligence. I AN VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS TRANSACTION but appreciate that the Eureka location resolved the issue.

It took 45 minutes from the time I stood at the counter to check out because of “internet connectivity problems.” I paid in cash for boxes and they couldn't get the cash drawer open to give me my change. I had completed all the fast checkout beforehand and yet it took this long! There was a long line of people stretched out the door by the time I left. Unsatisfying Folks!!

I went into the store, purchased a lock, asked the clerk if it would fit my u-haul truck. He said yes. I went out to use it and it did not fit. I returned to get another that would fit but the clerk would not refund my money. I have spent over 2,000 dollars at u-haul in the last month. This kind of jerking around is completely unnecessary. There are other places to rent trucks without this nonsense.

The tires were not good n the the lt side lite flew off on the FWY While I was driving I called road side assistance It took 45 mins just to get through and when I finally did get through the lady asked me what can she help me with and I told her the lite from the car dolly just flew off n she said that's not good she put me on hold n she never got back to me I was on hold for another hour I bought n install the new lite myself I paid 200 dollar for the car dolly and I'm very unsatisfied

I was told the charge would be changed from a hold of 70 dollars to 43 dollars which was my actual charge. My account has still been charged 70.16 after asking for it to be fixed. Not happy at all.

The engine check light was on. The drivers side mirror was loose and kept falling down so you couldn't use it. We had to use a bungee cord attached to the front wheel well to keep it in place. The cargo area smelled of weed and the light bulb was missing from the cargo area. The truck also smelled of antifreeze, luckily it was running and a normal temp.

Friendly, on time, helpful. I use this store whenever I need their services; great people. It is disconcerting, however, to read in the online reservation that the equipment is "not available" and that someone will call the day before I needed it. Makes it hard to plan. Fortunately the local store called 3 days before my deadline, so it worked out.

I originally was to pick up on 5th. St. the truck was not ready and the uhaul process was terrible trying to pick up remotely was harder than it needed to be. I was told by the gal on the phone that i had to pick up remotely and there were no other choices. during the online process my reservation got cancelled and i finally decided to go to the one on jacobs ave. for help. They ended up just renting me a truck i was in and out quickly with no hassles. I dod not appreciate that i had to be over an hour late because of the hassles of online pick-up

When returning the vehicle at 7pm. There was a worker who showed me where to drop the keys off. I used the app to return the truck, but the location finder could not verify my location. I knocked on the door to get help, but the lady at the counter ignored me and would not help me. Ridiculous and rude!

need more help at the registers, 3 employees up there, one went to lunch when there were 5 people in line and the other two employees were on the phones helping others. Had to wait a really long time in line when I already had a reservation, and it was really hot and stuffy in the building. Needed fans or something. But hire more help, this location is always busy.

Employees not helpful when picking up truck. We had 1400 mile drive radio was stuck at blaring could not turn up or down. When staff was told their response was,”there is nothing we can do about it”. Truck was supposed to be ready at 10 not ready till 2 which set our leaving time off for a long drive. We got a trailer that didn't work for what we needed it for brought it back at opening next day was told refund needed to be done when we dropped off truck at end of our trip. At the end of our trip they had no idea told us they should have refunded us when we dropped off trailer. Took several weeks and many phone calls to home office and refund just came through after almost month home. We had few boxes also that they were supposed to credit back on card that has yet to happen. Make up your own conclusion.

Truck had horse manure splattered in the side, big rip in the side of the lower flaring of the driver side of the box, and the muffler was bent up with a rough cut hole for the exhaust to vent. A couple of the service reps were friendly and helpful, but one was very rude and didn't really act like he wanted to be there.
