Way above average experience here. I would classify it as stellar experience. They procured the trailer I needed same day, they helped with the trailer setup and loading of the vehicle. And walked through return options. This is far and away better than most U-Haul and other related experiences I’ve had. These guys get a 10 out of five stars. That’s right, five more stars than I can give them, I would give them.

I waited at the Mckinnlyville store for 10 minutes. There was no one there. I could have walked out with anything. I didn’t have time to wait around so I left and went to Jacobs ave. Pick up and drop off were great!!!
