Improve your god damn online pickup and drop off program. I tried to pick up a truck that was supposed to be reserved . After an hour of wasted time I had to go 20 miles out of my way to rent a truck. Then when I called to extend my rental time cause i ended up having to get help to unload it you people charged me for a completely new rental instead of simply charging me for another day and Im still mad ss hell over that. The gal I spoke to said I would be compensated for the extra 20 miles I had to drive to get the truck and then it didnt happen.DON W.

I was unsure about the online pick up so went in a few days before pickup to find out more about how that all worked. The gentleman told me he was retired and does the online check ins so he doesn't have to answer questions anymore. He said it must be easy because no one has ever complained but was not sure how it worked. He said if there was any trouble to call the hotline. One the day of pickup I had a bit of trouble getting a phone signal making the process take longer than it should have but it all worked outJeff K.

We were quoted a rate of $.79 per mile. When I received the final charge to my credit card we were charged $.99 per mile. This is the second time this has happened. I will look for another rental location for future needs.George Darryl H.

The first trailer I was given had faulty tail lights and I had no help from Lil Bear employees hooking up the trailer. The second trailer I was given did have functioning lights, but when I asked for help hooking it up, because it was raining, I was told no.Anthony G.
