I have no additional comments other than to say I was pleasantly surprised that I could reserve the trailer before noon and pick it up the same day at 2:00.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is definitely a 'side gig' for this business. This is the first time I have ever rented where the business didn't actually come out and hook up the vehicle, and ensure that all the lights worked, etc. This was more like self-service: 'tell me when you are done, and I'll come take a photo.' Additionally, I am very upset that I did not get a credit for the bad information after returning a non-used 6 x 12 trailer with ramp! Although not only related to this location, the website is HORRIBLE. I thought I ordered a 6' x 12' trailer with ramp, and the ramp was actually the full width of the trailer (like all that I have rented previously). I picked up the trailer, drove it to the dealer to pick up my side-by-side utility vehicle, just to find that the opening width of the trailer was significantly narrower than was advertised! I could NOT pick up my vehicle, so I went back to this location, and could NOT get a refund either. So my $45 trailer rental turned into $160 after having to rent a MUCH larger (than needed) toy trailer. Who would guess that a 64" wide side-by-side vehicle would NOT fit in a 72" wide trailer?

ZINA LHad to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come out and check me in.....the equipment had mechanical issues with the braking ....then they had the audacity to charge me an extra day. Pick up from Fox auto was not easy. The attendant was arragant, did not show me a contract and I had fto help load the trailer. U-Haul is not the company it used to be. Will definitely shop around next time I need moving assistance.
