Had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come out and check me in.....the equipment had mechanical issues with the braking ....then they had the audacity to charge me an extra day. Pick up from Fox auto was not easy. The attendant was arragant, did not show me a contract and I had fto help load the trailer. U-Haul is not the company it used to be. Will definitely shop around next time I need moving assistance.
