The amount that was charged was different than what I reserved. I booked to have no insurance on my rental, and insurance was somehow added to my receipt and charged at the time of pickup. Barely any room to navigate around. Need to be an expert to pick up/drop off trailer due to how tight everything is.

DAVID KSafemove insurance was added to my move without my consent and no print out of the receipt was given to me. I had to wait for the email that showed my amount, the fuel level and there was little help in me choosing the return location that worked for me.
DAVID HThe size of truck that I reserve 10’ was not there so I got stuck with 20” size truck it was smelly like cats urine the floor was very dirty , but the owner of this location was very nice and friendly sorry forgot his name 😂.
