MARK PHello, My name is Joshua Tabor, and I recently rented a U-Haul box truck. We loaded the truck on Friday evening and completed our move the following day, Saturday. When unloading the truck, we discovered water on the floor and several wet boxes near the upper area. There was also water pooled on top of the plastic moving tubs, appearing to come from the top corner of the truck. Unfortunately, some of our belongings were damaged due to the leak, including a protected box that became soaked and a signed high valued picture, which was ruined by the water. I wanted to bring this issue to your attention and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with filing a claim or report for the damage. Thank you for your time and assistance. JOSHUA TThe amount that was charged was different than what I reserved. I booked to have no insurance on my rental, and insurance was somehow added to my receipt and charged at the time of pickup. Barely any room to navigate around. Need to be an expert to pick up/drop off trailer due to how tight everything is.
