Actually, there is no need to improve anything here the young lady who checked in our truck was nice and friendly. She was smiling when we drove up. She was very welcoming. The next time I need a truck I will definitely us her location.

Well my pick up location got changed the day. Before .. drive 30 mins out of my way to find out the place you guys rescheduled me too was closed … then the knmg other truck available was 45 mins to an hour away … then I was told I would get extra mileage because it was out of my way and I still got charged for extra mileage and when I called about it the after waiting 2 hours on told I was told nothing he could do about it …
