JAMES JUpgrade/fix your app. We signed up on the app to take the trailer back to Early, Texas. The app kept flipping us to Evant, TX. The staff at the pick up location was very helpful and left the drop off location open so that we could choose Early. As we were arriving at the drop off location we picked, we received a call from a number in Abilene that told us we had to take the trailer to Evant. The location at Evant was closed, and I had to move trailers on the lot to have a place to leave the one I had rented on the line. This is my last experience with Uhaul.
William EThe Evant location was good and the people nice. It was closer to Gatesville. I don't know why the original location in Gatesville did not have a truck. Then, we were sent to Killeen and they did not have the truck. You Pflugerville reservation center left much to be desired. They need a fundamental geography lesson. After receiving the truck in Evant, the move went ok. Equipment was clean. Fuel mileage was better than expected.
