When I picked up the van, it was filthy! Like someone went off road or muddy trails. So driver floor kinda dirty. Inside windshield was wiped, not with glass cleaner. I went only 21 miles. When topping off at Arco, I stopped gasing at 4 gallons. Huh?! That amounts equals 1 gal/ 5 miles or more cuz I stopped. So tank said full but wasn't. I swept it out. Was less than hours late, cuz looking for a ride home. Nobody available so I walked home 1.5 miles with my dog. With my fingers, pulled off chunks of dirt all around outside of van. MARION WTruck i rented had a huge hole in the fuel tank filler hose, it looked like someone tried to patch it with a soft hose and hose clamps
ARIANNA KIssue with the vehicle not wanting to start/key wouldn't turn but other than that everything was great and the location made up for the inconvenience as well. Otherwise pleased.
KAYLIE GYour employee tried to cheat me! You charged me for gasoline when I already added some after the rental. Luckily I had taken a photo showing the gas gage & mileage to prove it. Your employee needs to be fired!
