The truck had three exposed screws on the back of the rolling door. These exposed screws are raised towards the ceiling of the truck when the door is open, the door is only 5;11" high so I walked into the exposed screws and cut the top of my head. These pose a hazard and should be fixed, others will walk into them in the future. I did not need medical attention and the cut is healing fine. Other than that the experience was fine and the people at Silverlake Safe Storage are great to deal with.

Kawika TExpensive . Rented for 1.5 hours paid $68.00 plus $17.00 for gas . The $19.95 is a good deal but the reality is it not. Maybe other U Hauls offer better rates which I would check around
