I would make the user app more user friendly, I had trouble taking pics during my first rental of a 10 ft truck last week and it doesn't make sense most times it wifi is down.
DIANA CI despise the policy of not requiring the customer to return the vehicle 100% full of gas. Not this estimation game. I truly hate that part of the rental experience. It seems to be a U Haul policy. In my opinion, bad, very bad. Otherwise the equipment is fine, can be well equipped as necessary, and appreciate the reasonable timeliness of the transaction.
