Lia KUpon entering my rental box truck, the engine did not start. The manager had to jump start my truck. After we had finished loading all our furniture to deliver to the next address, the engine did not start again. I did not have jumper cables or battery jump start kit. My brother was able to come to my location and jump start my rental. We had a total of 3 jump starts in 2 hours. What a Horrible experience! My suggestion to improve is to make sure the rental trucks are in working condition before renting them out to customers.
