Not U-Haul’s fault but I was instructed to go inside of the establishment when I booked over the phone, to check in and get the U-Haul. Girl at the desk was very rude, saying they were not in charge of the U-Haul and to go check my email for steps on checking in. As a first time user of the service, pickup and drop off was extremely stressful, especially because I have not done this before.

Modify the I-Haul App to be more user friendly. It was a challenge to obtain the code for acquiring the vehicle keys.
EDGAR LVery clean vehicle that ran great
Phillip DI was charged for 2 days even though I turned in the rental on time. I was called 1 hour later asking if I was going to turn in the rental and I informed the U-Haul rep that o had already turned it in at the designated location. Then they told me “oh I guess they didn’t check it in yet at the location”. When I received my receipt, I was charged for furniture padding but did not receive any, and was charged 2 days even though I turned it in less than 24 hours. I called to inquire about the discrepancy and error and was told I would be called back as the person who could assist me was out of office. I’m still waiting for that call and also a reimbursement of the error charges.
