I was charged for 2 days even though I turned in the rental on time. I was called 1 hour later asking if I was going to turn in the rental and I informed the U-Haul rep that o had already turned it in at the designated location. Then they told me “oh I guess they didn’t check it in yet at the location”. When I received my receipt, I was charged for furniture padding but did not receive any, and was charged 2 days even though I turned it in less than 24 hours. I called to inquire about the discrepancy and error and was told I would be called back as the person who could assist me was out of office. I’m still waiting for that call and also a reimbursement of the error charges.

Howard JThe only problem I had was getting into the lockbox. It was really hard. Nobody was there to help and it took us an hour and a half to figure out how to get into it and to unlock it. I ended up having to call the company multiple times just to get into the lockbox but other than that the rental itself was fine. The truck was great and we were in and out very quickly once I got the lock done.
Tami CThat area is a small parking area because it’s shared with the auto shop but if somehow you could just have a couple stalls designated just for the u-haul trucks that would be extremely helpful. I was going to return the truck a few hours early since I was done but there was no where for me to park the truck so I had to comeback later
