Originally chose counter pick up the location said they don’t deal with Hal they just use the lock box. Tried to get the code for the lock box but Couldn’t even get the code to get the keys. Had to rush and find another box truck to rent with another company cause U-Haul said they couldn’t do anything to help and the location said the same thing

Nothing everything was great
Vanasa DNot U-Haul’s fault but I was instructed to go inside of the establishment when I booked over the phone, to check in and get the U-Haul. Girl at the desk was very rude, saying they were not in charge of the U-Haul and to go check my email for steps on checking in. As a first time user of the service, pickup and drop off was extremely stressful, especially because I have not done this before.
CHLOE MModify the I-Haul App to be more user friendly. It was a challenge to obtain the code for acquiring the vehicle keys.
