This was a mobile drop off. The app gave us the wrong drop off location so we had to call the 800 number. The person I talked to was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. The drop off went well until it was time to take the truck pictures. Just like the pick up the app stopped working. We called the 800 number again and they took care of it promptly. The mobile locations are convenient but the app isn't. Also this survey wouldn't let me submit without answering if the personnel were helpful. There is no interaction with personnel at the mobile locations if the app is working right.

I would greatly prefer a person to handle my pick up and turn in
GEORGE HWhen returning the truck I had to take pictures. The only option with the camera was on was in selfie mode and it could not be changed. It was very difficult to get pictures of equipment.
