Drop off location was an abandoned former gas station lot. Almost gave up trying to find the drop box. This drop-off location is not staffed.

There was really no sign to say that we were dropping off at a Uhaul location. It was basically an empty lot that used to be an old gas station. Thankfully a gentleman that owes a building next door to the lot was able to tell us where the drop box was

Devin WThis was a mobile drop off. The app gave us the wrong drop off location so we had to call the 800 number. The person I talked to was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. The drop off went well until it was time to take the truck pictures. Just like the pick up the app stopped working. We called the 800 number again and they took care of it promptly. The mobile locations are convenient but the app isn't. Also this survey wouldn't let me submit without answering if the personnel were helpful. There is no interaction with personnel at the mobile locations if the app is working right.
