This was an empty parking lot. No one there to assist but I was able to easily use the app to complete the drop off successfully.

Drop off location was an abandoned former gas station lot. Almost gave up trying to find the drop box. This drop-off location is not staffed.
Patrick LThere was really no sign to say that we were dropping off at a Uhaul location. It was basically an empty lot that used to be an old gas station. Thankfully a gentleman that owes a building next door to the lot was able to tell us where the drop box was
