When I opened the trailer, there was dirt, leaves, a broken tie-down strap, etc. Obviously not inspected when previously turned in. I wonder if that renter paid a cleaning charge.

Gregory WThe back left tire was low when we picked up the rental. We were originally quoted $1,595, but ended up paying around $2,100, which was a pretty significant difference from what we expected. The return date/process was also confusing and could have been explained more clearly. Better communication about the final cost, return expectations, and making sure the vehicle is fully checked before pickup would have made the experience much better.
Kayla BThanks Marcum! Appreciate the smooth rental and advice to take the 24h rental! Made our move much more convenient and relaxed. Cheers!
Truman EWe rented a pull along trailer from you with no issues. We rented a 16 ft. truck from a different company for 2 reasons. 1) WAY cheaper 2) they GUARANTEED the the size and location pick up when we made the reservation (not 24 hours prior). That took away ALOT of the stress know when we made the reservation (2 weeks from moving date) it was guaranteed.
