The back left tire was low when we picked up the rental. We were originally quoted $1,595, but ended up paying around $2,100, which was a pretty significant difference from what we expected. The return date/process was also confusing and could have been explained more clearly. Better communication about the final cost, return expectations, and making sure the vehicle is fully checked before pickup would have made the experience much better.

Truman EWe rented a pull along trailer from you with no issues. We rented a 16 ft. truck from a different company for 2 reasons. 1) WAY cheaper 2) they GUARANTEED the the size and location pick up when we made the reservation (not 24 hours prior). That took away ALOT of the stress know when we made the reservation (2 weeks from moving date) it was guaranteed.

MICHAEL AI’d recommend this out of pure convenience. I was quoted $600 on the phone. On the day of pickup I paid $1,160 and then at drop off I was charged another $115. Feels like price gouging and inconvenience to the customer. I didn’t go over any mileage promises. Thank god this is my last move with U haul. And I was charged for a dolly when I told them I didn’t need or want a dolly.
