The gentleman who took in the truck was very helpful as I needed to locate the bus station and how to get there from the drop-off site. He, too, went out of his way to find the information and give me directions.l\ I gave the location a low mark and would not recommend it because there is no public restroom. People coming in from a long drive, as I did, may well need bathroom facilities on arrival. The lack of such is a big drawback.

The lock box was open and had to go inside to find key. The sales person didn't know if he could give me the key and he had to call someone else. Long process and waiting.
John CPicking up the rental, took over an hour! no one explained that we had to download the app to open up a box that was screwed to a chain-link fence next to a dumpster!! Then I had to go inside and ask Aunt, who had to call their boss to figure out what the process was to pick up the vehicle. I was supposed to get a phone call from someone in U-Haul management to discuss what happened with my rental and no one called me!! Horrible service.

Eileen MI did not request blankets and I was charged for them even so I told the associate I did not request them to please remove . I added 10 dólares of gasoline for a 4 miles ride and still got charged again I had to wait for the associate to attend all customers that came after me before processing my rental
