Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The issue is that it's also a full service convenience store so other customers are coming in to buy things and the clerk must take them rather than talk through a 15 minute transaction.

Have someone that knows what is going on working. I was stuck there for more than 30 min
MICHAEL MOrdered 12 moving blankets, was reduced to 6 on the invoice. But blankets were not supplied. Had to travel to another U-Haul location to get them. Engine light was on in the truck.
Mario MWork with a company that tells the truth and stop trying to scam people this U-Haul gas station you all a buddy with is scamming people and that is not good so you need to make sure who you work with before you work with this company because this company is scamming people and I wouldn’t say anything if I didn’t have the proof but I’m a customer They have scam and it’s the last they will be scamming anybody else other than that you all did so great the last time I was with you all two years ago, but this one this year find somebody else is gonna be honest with your company, but informing you as a customer you all have a good day.
