Reserve truck for Sunday January 12th went and picked it up took a picture of the odometer the gas gauge looked like it was on full. The arrow was to the left side of the F for full. So when I pulled away Sunday morning my assumption was that the truck was full and topped off this was not the case for when I went to return it Monday January 13th and went to top off the vehicle I ended up putting 11 gallons a fuel into your vehicle it is documented that I only traveled 21 miles and when I got back in the vehicle after filling it up all the way I noticed the gauge went far beyond the right side of the f on the fuel gauge. Coming to the conclusion that it was not. Received it. Monica you're a great employee at your 1030 pleasant Fall River location smirked and said it was in the email and asked if I read the email several times. And then wanted me to just leave the truck without going over it making sure there were no dents and the mileage was correct. I found her to be very unprofessional lazy and not very good at her job. As for the truck it worked great. Because of this poor customer service I will be going elsewhere in the future. Feel free to contact Monica at 1030 pleasant U-Haul for her side

I had a problem with the key being stuck in the ignition less than 10 min after leaving the facility on Bedford St in Fall River, called and asked for advice or help, left a detailed message with a live person because I couldnâ€™t get through to the guy working at the Bedford St location and two days went by and no one ever called me. I had to get someone myself. Very inconvenient

They lie about the price of the rentals. The sign said $20, but they said there's a mandatory $10 insurance charge. The sign should say $30 if the insurance is mandatory.

Went to Broadway St in Fall River Mass to pick up Cargo Van that I rented on line to pick up on that location 2 pm Saturday No Cargo Vans ever there they sent me to Pleasant St Fall River Very long wait not customer friendly plus on line didnâ€™t charge me a $10.00 extra fee for the rental where Pleasant St said it was a must

Too many large holds on my card... $38, $110, $125.... only one is applicable. Roof of trailer was leaking, wrecked my books. Otherwise excellent.

The website was not working and customer service transferred me and i was on hold for 27 min before i called from a separate phone and spoke to someone else. This was during drop off. Pick up was also a hassle. After about 30 min of trying the site i spoke to customer service and was put on hold long enough to use someone elses phone to do it. I spent about 2 hrs between pickup and drop off which was crucial moving time i needed. In turn i had to argue with my old landlord to be able to come back the next day to remove the rest of my belongings. Also, i took a picture of the mileage and gas gauge as after about 2 miles, a quarter of a tank was already missing. Sounds like there was an issue with the engine as well maybe causing the ridiculous gas mileage. Overall, awful experience. Other than the fact that the truck bed was big enough to move my stuff, it was terrible. May i never have to move again and use a uhaul for it.

Horrible location no room for anything I canâ€™t even park my car inside to pick up the trailer!! You need to move to a bigger location with a < LARGE> parking lot !!!

Monica, manager, and staff were very helpful. Not being a "text" person, I was lucky my Lion helper had a text phone to do the pick-up steps. Would recommend that the pick-up could still be done with paper with the option of "text" steps. Thank you for your service.

You have thre. Employees working behind the counter and i waited ten minutes on picking up my reservation for a van. Then get the van and radio doesn't work, no back lights. Not good at all!!!!

Suggest management be present while open as staff did not know how to process my rental. Also, i felt robbed when i got my bill the next day. Also, i was charged 50 for cleaning ( i think like 2 pens were in the 17 foot truck) why does that need a 50$ cleaning.... and i was charged 20 for after hours early drop off without being told that would happen. REDICULOUS.... Will be talking to managment if they every show up.

Long wait both getting and returning vehicle, need to have more staff on or they need to be more efficient. Staff not very pleasant. Parking for personal car very difficult.
