Unfortunately I found ashes and a heavy odor of smoke it got better after airing the cab out. People should know not to leave a messy truck. It has no reflection on your company I just have experienced people not picking up after them selves in life Thank you for getting the truck ready so quickly Joan
Joan ELocation contacted me to let me know I would need to use phone pick-up as they close at 1pm and I was scheduled to pick up rental at 3pm. After several unsuccessful attempts to get the rental to work, I had to call U Haul customer service to get assistance. The order needed to be switched in the system to being a phone pick-up. The location should have done that when they mandated it to have to be a phone pickup since the counter would be closed.
