1. The phone application did not require that the truck be parked at any particular location. I was asked to move the truck to a preferred spot after I returned the truck. 2. I booked two dollies but the store only had one.

Keep it up, I've rented this exact same trailer from this location twice over the last year and hope to be able to get it again in two weeks!
This location needs more staff. I came in to pick up the key and they are nowhere to be found. And it took a long time on the phone to get any resolution. But overall, U-Haul needs to fix the process for when a truck breaks down. A tow truck gave a 2 hour ETA and the expectation was that I stay with the vehicle during that time. Not only is that extremely inconvenient, but it's a safety risk. And the customer service from the roadside call center was poor. Instead of being empathetic, they warned me not to leave the vehicle or I would be charged an abandonment fee. Ok, so my option is to stay in the broken down truck for 2+ hours, or leave and be threatened with a fee. This experience will encourage me to consider other companies in the future.
I didn't realize how busy it would be on a Sunday. Mark (owner) and his team were knowledgeable and helpful. Even when there was a line of 6-8 customers waiting for support.
Fix the drivers side doors so they can be fully closed. Constant wind noise in cab was annoying.

The van I rented was very tired. The front suspension and steering were very worn, making the van unstable on the highway.
They never informed about the cleaning charge
My problem wasn't with the location. My problem was with using my phone to check in and out. First of all, why did I need to give a friends number or other documentation after I was already at the location for pick up. This is something that should have been specified before my arrival. Once that was sorted, you see the first person didn't answer and I put in the info to call him back and it wasn't allowed. Huge waste of Time. Then, I was sent on a wild goose chase to get the keys to the truck. In the truck, out of the truck. Into the building back into the truck. Finally on the road. At the house I discovered the trollies and blankets I ordered weren't in fact in the truck. This put us behind, I waited on hold for about half an hour waiting for someone to answer the text question I asked, to please extend my time to 11. Finally done. When I arrived at 10:45 to return it, I followed all the instructions but every time I arrived at taking a picture of the cleanliness of the vehicle the site would crash. I did it three times before calling the 1800 number. It'd been a long day already and then this madness. I was helped very graciously by a woman on the line. I dropped the keys in the bin. I got a follow up call from a fellow the next day. He heard what I'd been through and adjusted the bill accordingly. When I spoke to the people, they were all professional and kind. My problem is not with the people. The problem is 100% dealing with your website to check out and back in the vehicle. It needs to, first of all, actually work and secondly, it needs to be streamlined. Pardon my vulgarity but that shit sucked!
Very professional, the manager Erik took care of me personally. He and his entire staff were excellent. I will not use any other location going forward.
Very rude and unhelpful. Kept calling and harassing me when I already explained the situation.
Check in and check out person were very nice, truck had issues with low brake fluid light and some leaking of the brake fluid as well, had to do a late night stop to add DOT3 brake fluid to the reservoir to operate it safely.
Easy, quick, and courteous customer service.
