Billing too confusing and irregular first i get a rebate for gas level being below 1/4 tank but when i bring the truck back with 1/3 of a tank i get no rebate for bringing the truck back with more than a 1/4 tank. What gives???

ONLY major complaint is getting thru to UHAUL on the ONLY number I'm given to contact you folks...the levels of computer garbage to get to a live person is utterly HORRIBLE....wait times are unacceptable and disrespectful to say the least. Something MUST change here or I take my business elsewhere.

Uhaul changed my entire reservation to a bigger truck (20') at new pick up location (Farmington). Although honoring the same price and same mileage allowance. But somehow the reservation specifics (pricing/allotted mileage) were messed up therefore presenting a snafu upon pick up.

It took an hour to get me a truck. I attempted to use the online reservation method to quickly be in an out but that failed. The location gave away the truck I had reserved and inspected so they had to manually switch the truck. They were also understaffed so by the time I got help took extra time.

Keep training. Initial call I believed to be the Hometown Store said that they didn't have any of the trailers that I wanted and was confused enough by the conversation that I said I just was going to come over and when I got over there they didn't know who I talked to didn't know the name and had nine of the trailers that I was asking for so I don't know if that was your online people or who that was.

Let the customer know ahead of time that a link will be sent to their phone to report any damage to the equipment. I took pictures and mentioned it to the person hooking the trailer up, but he was not too concerned. When I got home I found the link on my phone, but when I tried it, the link had expired. The technology is useless if the customer doesn't know about it.

Charging the customer for 1/4 tank of gas when they used 1/8 seems bad enough but then tack on a $30 service gas fee to fill the tank? That is completely unnecessary when you are already making the premium on gas. Also, giving a customer a truck with only 1/4 tank to start is terribly inconvenient.

When I went to pick up the truck I realized I needed a bigger truck then I had reserved. The worker was very nice and helpful and got me a larger truck quickly.

The customer service was great. But the equipment definitely needs to be inspected before renting to a customer. The trailer I rented had a messed up door and it only opened halfway. It made moving very difficult and they were closed by the time I got home and noticed this issue. I will inspect the equipment next time I rent myself since the employees obviously do not.
