I have used Uhaul for years with all of my Military moves but this is the first time I have ever been charged a cleaning fee after dropping a truck off. The truck was as clean as when I picked it up, so I am unsure if you are just trying to upcharge me or what is happening. That went on my government travel card, not a personal credit card. I will not use Uhaul again in the future and will discourage everyone within my circle of influence to not use Uhaul, they will price gouge you without warning and for no reason.
Charles JI really don’t see room for improvement. All the important information is provided and the staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to the equipment and how to operate everything safely. Another great experience for me.
