I dropped off unit at 7 pm, the facility was closed, I got a call from the manager next morning yelling and screaming at me because I didnt put the unit back in the original location,I’m terrible at backing up a trailer and didn’t want to damage any other units, so I left it out in the open so he could easily see it, he wanted to charge me extra because I didn’t put it back in its original spot, quality customer service I think not.

CLIFTON KThe cargo van was really clean and ran smoothly for the entire trip. I have rented the bigger trucks too and I've never had a problem with any of them, they have all run smoothly and been very clean. Pick up is fairly easy and as quick as the person at the desk can make it. I've never had a problem with their vehicles and this is about the fifth time I have rented from them over the years.
