MAUREEN BWe recently rented a U-Haul truck and unfortunately encountered a mechanical issue — a leak in the wheel bearing. This required us to return the truck to a different location, which did cause some additional time and inconvenience. That said, we understand that these situations can happen with vehicles. When we arrived at the alternate drop-off location(Fenelon Falls,ON), the staff member who assisted us was extremely pleasant and helpful, which made the process much smoother and greatly appreciated. Overall, while the situation wasn’t ideal, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff helped turn it into a more positive experience.
