Parked trailier in the mud they didnt hook up the trailier. The first trailier hitch lock wasnt working.

My husband left his phone in the U-Haul.his cash app was used and tap to pay, resulting in a $200 loss. Theifs!!
COURTNEY EI was supposed to drop off the trailer at a location close to me, however when I called I was told that they had too many at that location and I was forced to drive way out of my way, missing time at work, to drop off the trailer somewhere else. I did not appreciate that.
DONALD FUsed equipment for less than 8 hours term, was charged double for picking up 1 hour after original guess and dropping off 1 hour after original guess while still using the equip for less than 8 hours. "Safe Move" insurance plan is also shady as there is no breakdown of chargeable period. Contacted customer service after the fact and they opened a dispute and seemed dismissive after that point.
Christopher Mthis was not my requested location ... it was 25-minutes further away.
