The person that processed my return was helpful. He helped guide me as I backed into the parking slot, and provided a jack to unhook the trailer. My biggest issue was the parking lot lot being narrow. Not much that can be done to improve on it given the location and terrain. The entry/exit to the parking lot is on a hill and requires a sharp turn to enter and exit. Making it difficult to swing in with a large trailer.
Kyle OThe screw and bolt on the trailer was bent. Went into office and spoke with the gentleman working. He told him he can’t do anything about it and said to contact UHaul, which I did. I just felt he was rude and dismissive.
Sandra DWhile I marked yes to the above questions, some observations should be addressed. Made more than 10 calls while in transient, after arrival at the location, after removing contents just drove to this location, hoping it was OK to drop off trailer, one day early, to find out that the proprietors simply didn't answer the phone...
