Speeding up check in time would be appreciated. I was in a short time frame to pick up vehicle and get to my destinations to have hourly movers help load the truck.

JACK FStaff was friendly, took the time to go over operation. Truck was very clean - both cab and cargo area. There was a little bit of a wait but I could see that they were taking the time to make sure the vehicle was clean and ready to go.
