LORRI JThe location of the pick up was fine; however the UHaul software to rent the truck was horrible! The agent had to enter the same information over and over to get your system to accept it. It took over 30 minutes to complete the paperwork and that is very frustrating to the me and the agent. The auto check in I received as a text did not work at all! Please update your software to make it usable!
