Despite being on the phone for 30 minutes to finalize the quote, it was not accurate when I arrived. Jay, the Compass representative was very helpful in trying to rectify the issue. Once it was fixed, I was dispatched a truck that did t start. Had to go thru the entire routine again - took an hour to get a truck - Jay was great but the U-Haul quote and dispatch system were jacked up
