The location had no idea I was coming. App check in and key grab turned into 30+ minute wait to get ahold of someone who could make a decision. Then no instructions were given on key return area and no one was there when it was returned.

I called to find out if Sunday was okay for my return. The response I got was curt, "Why Not?" They could have provided information that ended up being important, such as "There will be nobody there when you arrive, so proceed by following the online instructions." Also, indicate where in this tow-yard you would like me to park the truck, where it will be safe from vandals since the back was unlocked and there was a furniture dolly inside.

Brandon LHeston Hauling does not allow mobile check in as advertised and opens at 8 am (even though we were able to schedule a 7 am pick up online). Please update your system so people aren't delayed in moving as we were.
