I was asked if I would have it back by 730 I told the rep no. He apparently still schedualed it for that time. Somehow I guess you charge like a 50 dollar late fee or something idk bc I returned it at 10pm and dropped it off where he said to. I was charged 100.93 cents. He said nothing about a late fee or that I had to reply to check in the equipment bc my phone died while I was moving and I knew nothing about it until j got home and charged my phone. I would've made sure it was still charged otherwise. It would've just been nice to know the process I needed to do. It was 39.95 plus the 14 dollars. I told him I wasn't going to have it back by 730 but he still schedualed it and acted like it was no big deal and I should've been told I would be charged extra. Its very unprofessional honestly. I work hard for my money so I dont appreciate people being careless with it.

Crossing over sb highway to get onto NB can sometimes be dangerous if pulling a trailer. Same way when traveling nb and having to cross sb to turn into entrance due to the way MoDot did the entrance. Asa was very helpful and courtious.
