I can never see myself not only using uhaul, but letting anyone i know use them aswell. The location isn't the problem, the policy's are. Tail light was out on the car transport, no help from customer service was told theres nothing she could do. Uhaul was stuck in snow, safetrip was paid for this very reason, called customer service she said we didn't buy the insurance I was looking at on my receipt. Told me it was going to be 450$ for the tow i allready had paid for when buying the insurance. Paid 180$ for the tow that seriously took an hour to fix. Due to the trailer tail light not working we were pulled over 3 times in two states, before we just took the car off the trailer and drove it behind the uhaul to avoid being pulled over. We put 600+ miles and had 200$ worth of gas unexpectedly due to not wanting to stuck on the side of the highway a 4th time with a 6 month old baby in an ice storm to explain for a 4th time that uhaul said theres nothing they can do. Honestly i just want a full refund and just forget that you guys are a company. Due to a complete lack of responsibility on your guys end I have reached out for legal representation on this matter. I paid 0ver 2000$ for the biggest headache my family has ever had just trying to get from point a to point b.
