Awful customer service! To start the employee hadn’t a clue how to work the U-Haul portal in the tablet and had to call someone on the phone to help. Delaying the time of my rental pickup. I was Wrongly charged due to the representatives incompetence. Didn’t even check the vehicle mileage and gas level before the rental. Thank god i took a photo or I would have been stiffed over $90. Unacceptable that they will go around overcharging due to there laziness to check the actual vehicle odometer and gas tank. I called back the store and they were beyond unhelpful. Never again will I rent from that location. UNACCEPTABLE.

Jonathan GMaybe list the trucks by license plate at the location. I wanted to know how much for the 15’ but only the 10’ was on the list.
Marilyn WIt was a parking lot, no staff, so not much to comment. My recommendation would be to have designated parking places as the lot is shared with customers at the store.
