Hire a person. Dolly was not in the truck, you let me select counter pick up for a location without people working. Truck had a bottle and napkin left in it, so it wasn't cleaned out. I added the dolly to my order twice and didn't get it either time.

STEVEN BThe lady was helpful but not real crazy about the virtual assistant approach. In person help would be much better. The UHaul app stinks! Had trouble with the drop off because of the app. Was able to get through it but not a good experience at all. One would think an organization as big as UHaul would have a decent app.
Mike MHe kept showing me that I had a flat tire… My tires had almost no tread on them… The driver side door would not close all the way… I had no backup camera…. This was the worst truck I’ve ever had.
