No one was here at the drop-off location (Heart of Dixie Carports and More) during there work hours. I tried calling their number but their voice mailbox was full. I had to use the Uhaul app to drop-off the trailer

There is no one at this business and it looks abandoned. Did my own return online. Very scetchy place with grass grown up around the return area
Lora SThere was no one there we called 3 times it went straight to voicemail and it was full so you couldn’t leave a message we called U-Haul and had to be walked through returning it online ourselves in the pouring down rain so needless to say we were not to happy we paid full price and had to do their job and return it ourselves

Bbrian R30 mile round trip, out of my way, from my selected drop off location. The lot was unkept. This whole experience with Uhaul has been very unpleasant.
