No one told us the trucks weren't at the shop. The address is wrong. The location trucks were at was wrong. No info on were the keys were. No one told us anything.

We broke down twice once in Oklahoma City and in another place in Kansas, we had to wait for the technician to come out. We lost two hours each time that was four hours total which we could’ve been on the road. We were not happy that it ran all the way to Oklahoma City and then we have issues.
