Hire more people to help customers especially during peak times, like near the first/end of the month. When I cisited the location there were 10 people in line waiting to get served. 1 customer walked out.

R/s brake kept locking up heating up. Called all other Maryland locations no one had one. They wouldn't let me drop so I had to drag from s Carolina to md and back. Couldn't load car on it w bad brakes.

The rental vehicle was great and the person who checked the vehicle back in was nice and professional. However, the individual who did my initial reservation check out was very rude and unprofessional. I used the website to check myself in and provide all the necessary pieces of documentation and photos so I could simply grab my keys and go. I walked into the establishment and when I showed the man the check out confirmation, he seemed to not know what it was. After I said I did the advanced check in online, he proceeded to tell me, “he wished I would not have done that and now he has to go dig the vehicle out.” There was no digging, it was very neatly and easily placed in a line of vehicles and we had already found it. He continued to proceed to tell me, “how much he hates people using the web and the app.” He essentially made me feel like something I did to save both of us time, made his job harder. There are things you don’t say out loud to a customer. It didn’t matter though, he got the truck, assured me my furniture pads that I rented were in there and I was on my way. I reached my destination and and opened the truck and there were no pads. Normally, I’d say this was just an honest mistake but in this case I don’t feel as if the CSR, did his due diligence and verified that all pieces being rented were accounted for. I went back across town to the rental depot and got my furniture pads which he seemed shocked were not in there. However, he should’ve checked. This whole ordeal wasted almost an hour of my time, for a process that should have been quick and painless. As stated earlier, my experience with bringing the vehicle back was much more pleasant. Full disclosure I am in my late 20s as was the final CSR but the initial representative at a glance had to be in his 40s or 50s. I understand that those who have a generational gap have different opinions on the use of technology but nevertheless, you should suck it up, if it’s your job. Rant over.
