DAVID SRate now I’m very mad as I replaced the gas I used and they charged me $66 and I will call tomorrow and if they don’t drop that charge I will stop payment and contact a lawyer I took pictures of before and after of the gas gauge. I only used 14 miles and I put 3 gallon in and they are saying they had to add 8 That’s just over one mile to the gallon I will be telling everybody to never use U-Haul
DAVID SBe very clear on all the hidden fees, and make sure the customers get a contract with the breakdown of the fees not happy with the service at all and the amount that it cost definitely will never rent from you again and I will recommend other people do not rent very very disappointed and angry about the charges, and the fact that the charges are not clear almost $200 for a truck for six hours never again
