HUGO SPicking up and dropping off were super easy as was finding the location. We were so grateful to the gentleman who called us while we were struggling in the morning… I had downloaded the app, but was still having trouble, and although it was 6:30 in the morning, he called my cell phone and helped us through our struggles. Started off moving day so much better and with much less stress. Thank you, thank you!
