When it was time to return the truck I saw the lock boxes and I thought to myself, "Oh crap, I really don't want to fight with that app again." But I stepped through the door and a gentleman asked if I was returning a truck. I said, "Yes." He said, "Are you ?" I said, "Yes." He took the keys and said, "You're set. Have a nice day." I was relieved that he was so considerate and helpful.
