Had a 24/7 pickup at 9:30am Saturday morning. Got there and the place was closed. Called customer service and told them I was there to pick up my 9:30 rental and was told the place doesn't open until 11 am. Had to reschedule my movers (at my expense) till later in the day when I was able to pick up the rental. No offers to help for the inconvenience. Search elsewhere.
