The rental process was simple and easy and close to home. When I need a truck again, this is where I will go.
LOUIS PI already left my comments on Google review. It was very difficult to check it out. Checking in process was pretty fast, but I was not made aware that I would need the app to get the truck, when I called the phone number the woman seemed busy and flippant and told me to call the 1-800 number and the 1-800 number couldn’t help me if I didn’t download the app so I ended up having to download the app under duress because I had already paid for the rental and I was there on time but I picked up the truck like 46 minutes late because of all the trouble.
