Attendant was very friendly and helpful in hooking up the trailer. Challenge was the call to tell me the trailer was almost 2 hours away to pick up. Not practical. Phone agent was good enough to help me find one much closer on a different day. Suggest you improve this process. Recognize you are trying to manage your inventory but you can’t wait until the day before pickup to tell me it is 2 hours away. I had to adjust my schedule and wait 2 days before I could leave.
