I had a problem with my pick up at All Mac Inc in Stacy. The truck was not assigned to me when I got there for a mobile pick up on Sunday, March 8. I had called the location the day before to ask about mobile pick up instructions and was told to follow the instructions on the u haul app. They never mentioned the truck couldn’t be picked up the next day using the app. It was frustrating to not get my truck and then have to drive to another location after getting assigned another truck at Forest Lake Mini storage by customer service . It was my first time using U Haul and it didn’t start very smoothly. Customer service did a great job helping me get another truck set up for me , but All Mac Inc didn’t do a great job letting me know there was a problem with my order.

Timothy JAttendant was very friendly and helpful in hooking up the trailer. Challenge was the call to tell me the trailer was almost 2 hours away to pick up. Not practical. Phone agent was good enough to help me find one much closer on a different day. Suggest you improve this process. Recognize you are trying to manage your inventory but you can’t wait until the day before pickup to tell me it is 2 hours away. I had to adjust my schedule and wait 2 days before I could leave.
