Location owner is very rude. She was not reachable for the pickup or return, took multiple calls before she answered, then just hung up on me when I asked when she would be onsite. Basically a self serve location.

I was quoted $55.00 for 1 day rental, supervisor on phone charged me $100.00. Not happy with that at all. I believe I am due a partial refund back to my card..
